Our Dronestar™ Kids 'program can be joined anytime. The practical flight component runs once per month (1st Sunday),  in Port Macquarie, NSW,  0900-1200 (See course calendar below). Other locations coming soon.

Places are limited to a max of 5 kids only per session. It is split into two fun elements. The do's and don'ts around safe Drone flying all done online - we have a neat presentation to watch and a fun quiz to do.  Once you're ready, it's time to hit the field! You can choose to attend any practical session you'd like.

For all Dronestar™ Kids practical flying, we use the DJI Mavic Mini Series. They're easy to fly, small and very capable.

We also have our very own Junior Instructor Dronestar™ Fin! He'll happily show your kids how to get your Drone safely out of its box, check it over for safe flight and then get you flying it under the watchful eye of one of our ultra-experienced instructors. Where possible, we'll also have some larger aircraft the kids can see and ask questions about. And maybe we'll even fly them. All depends on weather on the day and what aircraft we have available.

And when all is done and the fun is over, a few seeds may have been planted. We'll help with that by giving all junior DS pilots a special t-shirt and awesome certificate of completion.
